PALM 3 – Logistic park in advanced stage of development, in ‘Los Gavilanes’, Spain

Located in Getafe, 16km from the Spanish capital Madrid, the park “Los Gavilanes” is in an advanced stage of development.

Inaugurated in 2015, the industrial complex has privileged access to the A-4 Madrid-Andalucia highway and to the A-50, that connects Madrid to the rest of Spain.

With over 2 million sqm of total area, international reference companies such as Decathlon, Costco, Amazon, ID Logistic and Mercadona are already located in the industrial complex.

The creation of 6,000 jobs is expected. Result of the installation of these large companies, namely with Costco (seventh worldwide in the sector), Amazon present in two pavilions, one with 58,000 sqm and the other with 9,000 sqm, Mercadona also with two spaces, one with 40,000 sqm and the other of 15,000 sqm, as well as the implementation of logistic support and human resources companies associated with the management of the industrial park, which is urbanized in about 80% of its total area.


This 27,000 sqm logistics complex has 2 buildings and is located on a plot of 4 hectares in the industrial area.

The works started at the beginning of the year and are expected to continue during 2020. In late July, the structure of the buildings was completed, as well as the prefabricated facades.
At this moment, the stage of work on the floor and finishes is in progress, which are in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
With the works going at a good pace and within the stipulated deadlines, PALM 3 is expected to be completed soon.
